All products sold through Clarity Before Pay are digital downloads delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

  • A technical issue prevents access to the purchased file

  • The product was not delivered successfully

  • A billing error has occurred

 

Non-Refundable Situations
 

Refunds will not normally be provided for:
